Within the activities of Global Leadership Week and under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Professor Dr. Laith Shakir Rasheed Al-Qarawee, and in the presence of the Scientific Assistant, Professor Dr. Mithaq Nimah Rahima, and the Head of the Department of Life Medicine, Professor Dr. Riyad Mawad, the Department of Life Medicine Engineering at the College of Engineering at the University of Karbala organized a discussion panel entitled (Strategic Leadership in Management Learning) The College of Engineering at the University of Karbala, Department of Biomedicine, organized a seminar on strategic leadership in learning management, delivered by assistant lecturer Farah Jawad Kadhim.
It targeted the teaching staff in the Department of Biomedical Engineering
It discussed the theory of human needs by the American psychologist Abraham Maslow and how to employ it in the academic community. It indicated that if a person or an organization is able to provide these human needs, he will innovate, excel, and achieve empowerment and happiness in the areas of his life.
